5 Must-Have Wedding Printables

May 15, 2013

Celebrating your recent engagement is one of life’s grandest and most meaningful experiences; and every engagement deserves custom printables that make your wedding your own. The following lists five must-have wedding printables you can completely customize to match the theme of your wedding, complete with your own photos and artwork. They’re more than simple wedding must-haves; each can be saved in your scrapbook to commemorate your special day.

1.  Wedding invitation cards

Announcing your wedding to the world and inviting your closest friends and family is exciting, and you can do it right with custom wedding invitation cards. Make a splash by printing on premium paper stock, such as super-thick 16-point gloss or 13-point matte.

2.  Wedding envelopes

Don’t settle for bland, store-purchased envelopes when you can print your custom wedding logo, theme, colors and even photos on elegant 70 lb. white wove or 24 lb. synergy bond envelope paper stock. The former offers a rich, textured feel; the latter, a smooth, bright finish.

3.  Save-the-date magnets

One of the coolest modern wedding concepts is to hand out save-the-date magnets, which can feature your wedding artwork, colors, theme or engagement photo along with a reminder of the date, time, and location of your wedding. Put one in every wedding invitation so your invitees will remember your important date every time they go to the fridge!

4.  Wedding programs

Your attendees will expect wedding programs, which double as the perfect commemorative piece for your wedding scrapbook. Your wedding programs should list your wedding party and their relationships to the bride and groom, your story, your photo and any other information you want your guests to know.

5.  Thank-you cards

After your wedding is over, you’ve returned from your honeymoon, and you’ve opened your gifts, you have one final task: sending thank-you cards to everyone who attended your wedding or left a gift. Print custom wedding thank-you cards that match your wedding theme; or, include a photo from your honeymoon so well-wishers can enjoy seeing what a great time the newlyweds had. Consider printing your thank-you cards on CS1 (coated one side) paper stock so you can include a hand-written, personal note of gratitude in each.
