Peas in a pod: The success of your partnerships dictate the success of your business.

Peas in a pod: The success of your partnerships dictate the success of your business.

Good partnerships are at the root of all successful businesses. Each one of us forms partnerships with our friends and families, co-workers, staff members, outsourced firms and clients.  Show me someone who has poor partnerships, and I'll show you someone who is failing in business. I'm not writing about controlling business shares – I'm writing about working together toward common goals. Make your partners' goals yours, and your goals will in turn become theirs. An employee will exceed expectations when performance rewards are within reach, but also when they simply feel appreciated for their contributions. You will always achieve more when you work with people, instead of against an employment hierarchy. Everyone wins when you have successful partnerships. How have your partnerships helped you succeed? How have you helped others?
