Want to give your holiday party an extra dash of holiday cheer? Serve your eggnog on personalized holiday coasters. Personalized coasters are the perfect table (and bar) settings for a festive atmosphere, and the best part is they’re simple to make and affordable to print. The following details how you can make personalized holiday coasters for your big event or to use all season long.

Download a free coaster template

Start by downloading a free coaster template from PsPrint. Your coaster template contains no design elements; rather, it’s a set-up file that includes guidelines for positioning your artwork. It’s already preformatted in the right size, color mode and resolution as well, so you can simply open up the file in your favorite graphic editor and start designing your coaster.

Create your holiday coaster design

You can personalize your holiday coasters any way you’d like, including adding:

  • holiday icons and color schemes
  • your family name
  • a family photo
  • the name and date of your holiday event

Once you’ve completed your coaster design, simply delete the template layer (with the layout guidelines) and save the file.

Print your holiday coasters

Printing your holiday coasters is the easy part. You will have selected your size and shape when you downloaded your free coaster template (either square round corner or circle); now, you can select:

  • 120 lb. ultra white cover paper stock or 100 lb. kraft paper stock
  • The inside core color (because your coasters will be printed in three layers: front, back, inside core): white, black, red, green, blue, or orange
  • Quantity: 50 coasters will run around $120 plus shipping

Once you’ve selected your printing options, you can upload your finished artwork and then view an electronic proof to see how your coasters will look when printed. Approve the proof, and your coasters will be printed and shipped to your door within a few days. Personalized holiday coasters are a perfect way to inject a bit of holiday spirit into any gathering, whether it’s a family holiday party, a get—together with friends, or even a business affair (think coaster branding!).  Follow these tips to print personalized holiday coasters you’ll be proud to serve eggnog on.
