I love being an American! We have a wealth of talent that has come from the citizens of this country, and I’m proud to say that I am one of those talents! August is American Artist Appreciation Month, and to celebrate the upcoming holiday I’ve decided to showcase artwork from five extremely talented contemporary American artists. Go USA!!!

Probably one of the best reasons why America is so great is the diversity in it. You get to learn, see and be exposed to different cultures even in your own backyard. I really like your selections here, because it reflects that kind of diversity!
Thanks Ivy! You're right, we are a diverse country, and that's what makes our art scene so wonderful. We are exposed to many different cultures and influences, and that mixture can't help but to come out in our art!
