A graphic artist’s work is never done. If it’s not a project, it’s a meeting. If it’s not a meeting, it’s a workshop, it’s a networking event, it’s a consultation, etc. So scheduling is a very important part of the overall job of a freelance designer. Having a scheduling system is imperative for keeping all of your appointments and contacts together in one place. Nothing beats a printed calendar in my book, but I use this method as an important back-up system. Even though having a back-up record is important, having an online scheduling system keeps you up to date and can provide an easy and quick way to notify contacts, edit and update events and keep track of all tasks. Used Gen Book before, very simple and well maintained interface. Super SAAS looks intuitive as well. Will certainly check it out. Thanks!
No problem SuppliesGuys. I always like to see how the programs I suggest work for other users, we all have to stay informed and organized!
These are all new to me except for Google Calendar. I'll have to check them out. I currently use Yahoo Calendar, and it's not bad.
Heard of Genbook and doodle as they are scheduling options with payments. I currently use BookingBug. Will check out the others. Thanks!
