10 Inspiring Wine Labels

I loved Jennifer Moline's post featuring beer labels and logos for design inspiration on Feedgrids.com.  While I do think beer is great, I am more of wine fan myself.  Wine labels are also brilliant canvasses for graphic design.

When you go into a liquor store to browse the wine aisle, there are so many choices that it can be overwhelming. The label is extremely important for this reason, as it can draw you in to a particular bottle. So here are a few of my favorite wine label designs that I think really communicate a feeling or emotion tied into the wine:

It is still amazing that the British public still buy wine by the label!
Some great examples here though, must have been difficult choosing the final ones as there are some pretty inspiring labels out there!
