Since its debut August 1981, MTV has remained the central location for showcasing musicians, artists and all things cutting edge. Not only have musical artists made MTV what it is today, but the contribution that visual artists have brought to the network have been immeasurable. Great post, I grew up in the MTV generation and like so many other things we forget about being young was the energy and creativity that MTV brought to our early adulthood. I too recognized many of these designs and would be remiss if I did not share how I miss the days of creative thinking vs. corporate adulthood and staying in the box.
