I guess all I want to do is rant and rave a little bit. I have a pet peeve that should be aired and maybe it is one that I share with quite a few of you. It is outsourcing. Don't get me wrong, I am not against it. I have used freelancers from around the world for several jobs in the past. My peeve is the freelancers who answer and do not bother to read my project standards.
They just automatically submit a standard bid and hope to renegotiate afterward, or they cannot do the job and disappear once you have hired them. I have posted various jobs on the internet only to have to sweep aside the bids that are in very poor English, eliminate the ones that are obviously spam, only to be left deciding which bids are legit and which are auto-generated junk. If I, as the potential buyer, cannot figure out the legitimacy of your bid, how can you expect to get hired? My normal business is freelance marketing and content creation, so I have been on the other side of the bidding many times. I take care to completely read every project and respond accordingly. That has helped me land more than 30 percent of the jobs that I bid on. Batting .300 is good in baseball and freelance, also. I guess what I am trying to say is that freelancers, no matter what your specialty, you have to bid sincerely or you will fail to secure work more often that not. Do you have any other ideas on this subject?

It is truly said that bidding for a project is really a crucial state and challenging state for taking the project..
